Pésimo servicio! Ah resulta que porque hice el chec-in a las 3 am. me cobraron 2 noches. Son unos bandidos! Prometen desayuno y solo café y muffins. Tengo entendido que solo se pagan las noches que te quedas. Puro engaño! Y salen con su " Ah es que la otra recepcionista no sabe", mientras tanto ya te cobraron. Encima el cuartucho que me tocó olía a mugre a polvo estancado. PÉSIMO SERVICIO!
Recently stayed here this weekend to help my son move into college. The front desk manager name Gundy was very helpful to my husband & I. He made sure we was accommodated && he also recommended some very good food places for us to try during our visit. 10/10 experience we will be back to stay here for parent week. Thank you again for awesome customer service && clean facility.
I had a great experience at the Extended Stay America hotel in the Killearn area of Tallahassee. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed for an over night stay. All other hotels in the area were sold out due to incoming students and their parents arriving to see them off. One standout was the staff member, Gundy (GM) was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made the difference. I would definitely consider staying here again. I recommend this place to everyone.

We had a great stay at this hotel and felt compelled to leave a review specifically to praise the leadership and upkeep. First, the cleanliness of the entire property was absolutely flawless.
