The staff were nice and the beds were comfortable, but the room we had smelled so bad that even our clothes smelled like the room after we left. It was so strong that my friend and I both noticed it immediately when we walked in the room. Also, I was a bit disappointed that the complimentary breakfast was just some muffins and coffee. I probably would not stay again because of the smell of the room alone.

I booked a hotel room and because they preform an audit between 12-3 am they do not allow you to check in during that time. I went to another hotel and would recommend booking elsewhere.They are refusing to refund the money that i paid for the room in advance even though i couldn't check in through no fault of my own.Definitely not coming back. Horrible experience.

This past weekend, my mother and brother were checking in for a paid reservation. The attendant Sheryl was extremely rude, and racist. She did not allow my family to check in because my brother did not have an ID. She then proceeded to ignore my mom and started to check in other people. I was called and then spoke with Sheryl over the phone. She said their policy was to not allow guests in without an ID. I told her where is that stated and said in their check in forms.
