I have been calling around to different hotels and motels today. Alley is the most pleasant, professional, and patient guest service representative I had the pleasure speaking with this entire day! It was like a breath of fresh air. I plan on updating this post when more facts and pictures when I check in.
The place had bed bugs you would not believe. The general manager at the time did not know what he was doing in my opinion. The staff was great.
Great front desk staff! Clean rooms and brand new pillows and towels!
I’ve spent almost 2 months here and genuinely it has been some of the most comfortable time I have ever spent in a hotel. Not only are the rooms and facilities clean, but the staff are all incredibly kind and friendly. They truly are amazing examples of their business motto “where genuine care is always there”, and you can see that from management to housekeeping. I’ll be recommending ESA, Fife to any friends and family planning on visiting in the future.
