**CAUTION** Entirely disappointed with my recent experience at the Extended Stay America location in Fife. Unfortunately, based on what I encountered upon arrival, I must emphasize that I will not be booking with Extended Stay in the future.The property appeared unkempt, dated, and poorly maintained. I observed individuals congregating in the parking lot, smoking and loitering, and marijuana, be smoked with some seemingly residing there on a permanent basis.
