We decided last minute to book a room online(at least 20 minutes before arrival) after leaving a venue in Westport Plaza Thought this was good for the price $95 Oh how we thought wrong Upon arrival the main door was locked & the front desk closed with a metal screen After calling the 800 # we were told that someone would be there within 30 minutes to check us in Well after about 45 minutes another couple gets out of an Uber and walks in how So we rush to the door and asked when & how did she open……. The absolute worst experience. There's roaches my children killed like 6 of them. There's mold in the tub/shower. The manager lily is rude, combative, insensitive and delusion. Half put together room with doors and latches that don't close correctly. unlevel floors and poor ventilation. Not handicapped accessible. No dishes or help for the kitchenette.

I arrived after hours and had to wait for someone to come let my daughter and I in... I had to pay $100 deposit after the company hadn't posted that on the website... I get to my room and theres roaches running around in the tub, sink, floor, and one already dead on the wall right next to the lamp.. I had to call a number thats posted more than 3 times to get help... I was moved to the 3rd floor and the sheets were dirty and had stains as if they were NEVER washed after the last person left.. After driving around for over an hour and a half I finally found what was supposed to be Extended Stay which is now Studio 6. No signs out front or on building indicating the name. When I went inside to check the name of the hotel, after calling out trying to get someone to the desk, a gentleman named “Papa” came to the desk. He explained the hotel had changed names months ago.
