We recently spent a month in Bellevue and stayed at three different hotels: Larkspur Landing (booked directly), Red Lion, and Extended Stay America (booked through Booking.com). Sadly, Extended Stay America was the most expensive — yet provided by far the worst experience in almost every aspect. My family had just started our stay and unfortunately had a flat tire overnight that was challenging to go to work. The very next morning they called our room and stated if we didn’t fix it our car will be towed. I understand if our car had a flat for multiple days but we had a paid room. Meanwhile there were homeless people camping near our room and trash piled everywhere. I was definitely upset that they would focus on an overnight flat tire instead of these others issues. When we walked in it smelt like old musty feet, The front desk lady was not the nicest. Paid almost 300 never again. Beds were like sleeping on metal. There was stains through out the bathroom and black mold in the shower.
7/24/25 To start - guest service is horrible. Got a room key that didn’t work… outside always some construction from 5am till 11pm banging ! Rooms are old and moldy! Yes moldy ! See pictures . Cockroaches or some sort and bed bugs ! Yes ! See pictures ! AC has mold inside and will make you sick! ***talked to manager and manager promised some discount/refund and guess what ? I never got any refund ! *** Definitely will not stay there and people that work there horrible .
