While dealing with a tough situation, the whole staff from housekeepers to management have been very accommodating and welcoming. I mostly interact with Stacey at the front desk and having such a genuine and kind person to interact with throughout this time has been very refreshing. She's gone above and beyond for me and handles every issue or concern efficiently and with a sense of urgency. I'm very grateful for her!

Okay room. Not super clean, see sink photo. Did have kitchen and full fridge. Some power outlets and lights did not work. First room had a broken handle so they had to move me due to safety concerns after I reported it when I first got to my room.

I did an extended stay (pun intended) and it was a great experience especially when dealing with so many problems. I didn’t have to worry about my living situation. Every staff member I interacted with was so kind and had great customer service. We did have a problem pop up while staying in the first room. When we brought it to the front desks attention, we were immediately moved into a room we chose (it was available and we preferred the second floor).
