I booked a room and arrived at 12:00 AM to find the lobby doors locked and absolutely no staff on site. There was a notice on the door telling guests to use the outside phone to call the front desk — but the phone was never answered. Before I arrived, three other guests had already been standing outside calling repeatedly for 40 minutes, and one very kind woman was trying her best to keep calling for everyone. I was charged for a room even tho I told the lady I didn't want to make the reservation. Them they so call review the call land tell me I made the reservation. NO .. I heard the price and knew I could not commit and told her I didn't want the room. Check the call may ***. Will no longer be staying at this establishment. Bucks for them I spend a lot of money at extended stays.
