Worst hotel I have even stayed in. The entire place smelled like dog or cat urine. The men sitting in the lobby were shady looking gangster style people, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe! My room was a studio style with a stove etc. The oven was dirty and had black crusty remnants of something that looked as if it been there for months on the bottom of it. Over a year ago, my husband and I booked a room with Extended Stay. When we arrive to our hotel, we found out that they had overbooked us and offered NO help to fix it for us. We were left to sleep in our car after being on hold for OVER AN HOUR and then hanging up on us. We finally got ahold of them a few weeks later, and they offered to comp us a few nights stay, which we were excited about. MONTHS went by, and we didn't see anything. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I'm staying here for 3 months and there is a huge lack of house keeping, no customer service, front desk is completely useless, the general manager is a joke and isn't even respected among his employees. This branch needs to shut down or replace every employees. People pay good money to stay here and visit the beautiful city of *******. Bad hospitality at this hotel ruined the image of *******!! I stayed at the tech center site in *************** and it was the worst experience I have ever had! The room was dirty (and I mean dirty), the walkway outside the room was no better (cigarette butts everywhere) and after one week I still do not have my refund. I only stayed there one night (out of three) because I had driven 16 hours and it was late when I arrived. I was told I would receive a refund on my reservation but one week later, nothing. I will never stay at an extended stay again-ever! Run from this place-quickly.

Terrible experience with this hotel. When I arrived to check-in, I was told that ****** had overbooked them, and that we would have to be relocated. Employee also indicated this happens often (seems like a scam to me!). After spending 1.5 hours on hold with ****** and trying to get relocated, I ended up cancelling my reservation without penalty and driving the 3 hours to get home. They kicked my service animal out of the hotel because my non service animal was accused of biting someone. Even tho my service animal was not present at the time. 100% sure that manager broke the law!!!

I would not give this hotel a rating. I am concerned by their A+ rating. This is so not a rating this hotel should be getting. We recently stayed at one and had to leave after just 6 hours due to smell in room and the sketchy activities going on at the hotel. From what I have read from several hotel locations that people have stayed and left comments, they are all saying the same - dirty, smelly, terrible service etc. Please investigate and change their rating!
I am a woman staying alone at the Extended Stay in *************. At 2:27 a.m. someone tried to barge loudly into my room last night while I was in a deep sleep. They used a master key, but the bar security chain was on the door, so they couldn't get in. They tried banging it open again. Can you imagine being woken up at 2:27 am like this? I wouldn't give any stars. Felt like I was in a rundown hotel the whole time. The room we stayed in had bedbugs and my kids are eat up! The manager told me to call home office and you can never get ahold of anyone
