Bed bugs
Online stated there were rooms available. We booked and when we got there there was a sign saying sold out... now we have to contest the situation and wait for a refund . This should have read sold out on any site and not cause a terrible inconvenience.
Don't stay here! They don't answer the phone and have terrible service. No acknowledgement by any of the staff. Everyone who works at the hotel as well as the reservation line are incompetent and incapable of performing their jobs or answering simple questions. All I needed was for someone to know I was arriving at 2am so my reservation wasn't no showed. And yet, no one could help. So after a 16 hour drive, I was told "we don't check anyone in at 3am" no greeting, no "how can I help". What terrible customer service. Still wa... read more
