The people working here are nice and courteous, this review is not about them at all but about the facility itself with the hopes that changes will be made. The doors do not seal tight with big gaps that you can see outside, this is a no no for Florida with insects and lizards everywhere. As can be expected with such opening, the room is full of cockroaches. I had to cut my stay short because it is unbearable seeing the insects. I must add that the location is great and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
OK for short stays
Location was great for what we needed. The overnight lady at the service desk was super rude when we checked in. And the AC in our room sounded like a jet plane engine the whole time it was on. We will not be staying here again.
“Clean, great location, n safe” Tucked away off the highway, so the benefits of the highway but still quiet and safe. Clean rooms n properly. Great laundry facility. The house keepers were all friendly and the manager Valda was extremely gracious, not just with me , but with other tenants I watched her help. These are all hard to find in the price bracket. Highly recommend
It’s like an old shabby motel vibe. Everything is old and falling apart. It feels dirty and I was very disappointed how rundown it is. The photos are very misleading and I feel any recent reviews must be fake because the photos speak for themself. It’s probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed and for over $100 per night I expected basic but not disgusting. This place needs to be more honest with the pics. Don’t stay here! I regret not booking an airbnb
