Second time in this hotel for two weeks. Hotel is very clean. Recomend it.
Nice and refreshing stayed here for vacation and I enjoyed it here, friendly and welcoming staff manager Byron is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place
This was one of the most disappointing extended stay experiences we’ve had. My son booked this location for a month while traveling for work, but ended up leaving after about a week because the conditions were nowhere near what was advertised. From the moment he walked in, it was clear the room had not been properly cleaned. I am filing a complaint regarding my stay at Extended Stay America in Novi, Michigan (39640 Orchard Hill Place). I paid approximately $600 in cash for my stay and was wrongfully accused of smoking in the room. The only “evidence” claimed was a tiny amount of ash, with absolutely no odor of smoke, no cigarettes, no burn marks, and no legitimate proof of any policy violation.
