Wonderful spot! More than a hotel! Our room had a full kitchen large fridge and they supplied us a dish drying rack and bowls. Super hot water in the shower and comfortable bed. We stayed there a little over a month and enjoyed every night. They NSA guy Michael was nice and kept the parking lot safe. If you stay at this location you also have the luxury of a Meijer supermarket literally across the street. I must say any time I need to stay somewhere I will be looking for an Extended Stay America.
The staff is very nice and helpful. The maids do a a perfect job of cleaning my room. The workout room looks really good and doing laundry is super easy and convenient. I have no complaints. I am very happy with my stay at Extended Stay America.
DO NOT STAY HERE! There was blood on the mattress where my daughter was supposed to sleep. When it was brought to the hotel’s attention they were like oh and very nonchalant about it. The room was dirty. The bathtub backed up during a shower so you were standing in filthy water. The kitchen counter smelled like it was wiped with toilet water and the microwave did not work properly. There are far better hotels to stay at in the area that are much cleaner!
