Our stay started out positive, but unfortunately declined significantly over time. Shortly after check-in, we reported a leak under our sink. We were told twice it would be repaired, but it remains unfixed. During our stay, the fire alarm went off three separate times with no explanation or follow-up provided. Our experience was deeply disappointing and marked by ongoing management and maintenance failures. Management was sloppy, neglectful, and at times dishonest. The walls are paper thin—we were so close to the lobby that we became aware of staff shift changes simply from the noise. There was a leak under our sink for the entire four weeks we stayed, despite repeated complaints, and it ultimately resulted in mold. I just booked two rooms...omg... I've been in my car riding around Detroit NOT wanting to return to my room. I do not feel comfortable taking off my clothes... damn of it wasn't so late I'd demand a refund. I feel like I'm in a nasty environment and a bug is about to jump out at any second. #gross
