Avoid this place at all costs. I booked three nights here through Delta Stays (Expedia) back in July and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I checked in, I immediately noticed a bee’s nest in the window sill with bees flying around. At first, it seemed contained, but later that night bees got inside my room. Nice people but tired rooms. Rooms are made up only if you stay 14 days or longer. It helps to remember this is not a hotel but instead an extended stay residence.
Extended stay orchard place novi. To notch, the staff, is fantastic, rims are good and you can walk to nice restaurants and shopping. Evening is justa short drive away. Booked 2 rooms for one week and then a second. Had to modify the reservations. The original reservations were made and were fantastic . Had to modify, this is when the front desk staff Arthur was the knight, no pun intended. Modified existing and started and fixed over the phone. You don't get service like that just anywhere today. Paula is great, wonderful person so sweet and kindhearted love her customer service excellent all through the boards!
No complaints. The staff and the room were perfect for me. I liked the nice work out room too.
