I ever been into such a worst 3 star hotel in my entire life experience. Rooms are said to be cleaned every 14 day that too doesn’t happen even after several follow-up. Also cleaning every 14 days is not healthy for the customer. They get the chargers including the service they provide but its not worth it. Complementary Breakfast promised to be available are not there for more than a month. Hotel staff do not take responsibility to make sure the request is addressed. Great stay for the price. Amazing customer service. Kind, professional, and thorough staff. During my stay I was notified of changes and updates quickly and with many details. The quality of service was awesome. Communication and accommodating requests for a large family with a dog in short notice. Great central location to major highways.
