So husband and i were in a very vunerable state and living situation. Rhonda in reservations i will never forget you and the empathy you showed. The reassuring words she said to me and helping us with a place to stay. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help us. The two ladies up front Regina, and the other lady have been super friendly and helpful. I am learning everyones names. Rachel the housekeeper and Brittany are also very helpful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have made my transition from small town living to big city life simpler, while waiting to find an apartment while relocating here for work.

I had an issue and the staff immediately came and corrected it. The woman were kind and respectful. So far my stay has been a good experience.

Staff was horribly rude that I got there late, spoke maybe 15 words to me. Rooms felt like something was about to crawl out from under the bedsheets. Not dirty, but very run down. More than 1 night and id have left

You can get past the loud cars on the freeway. You can ignore the fact that there's no elavtor. Yet the laundry is $4 to wash then $4 to dry, the staff keep them pretty occupied. Then you get to the fact there's no ashtrays yet the staff wants to fuss and cuss others for the mess, even when the guest who they are chewing out had nothing to do with it. The price is amazing but you will never see a maid or get clean linens or towels, literally nothing. The same staff member who cusses guest is also the one who leave the front ... read more
