Had no issues at this location everyone in office was nice and also cleaning staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and had no issues with anything. Sadly I am no longer welcome at the California Ave location due to cleaning staff saying we messed up sheets and left trash at the location on California Ave I had made a reservation at the Chester Ave and they said I am not allowed to stay at any location anymore.
Staff had been nothing but a blessing for me. Very clean and safe place to stay. Staff is professional and place is always in order. I’ve had an amazing stay since check in. I like to thank Nick, Terri and Jess personally.
I was not originally planning to write a review, but after my most recent experience, I believe it is necessary to document what happened. I stayed at the Extended Stay America on California Avenue on and off for several months while working on my business. During that time, many of the front desk associates were kind, helpful, and professional.
