Amazing customer service the girls are really helpful and nice and the rooms was really clean and nice best sleep
Great customer service but cleaning person who cleaned our room when I left probably had something against me cuz they accused us of messing up the sheets and was mad that we left a little bit of trash in the room. One thing tho is that they have bed bugs but I let that go but I dont recommend this place to no one.
Update after Management’s Response: I can no longer stay here and will be checking out of this dump. Management’s response sounds oddly polished, but unfortunately it doesn’t match reality. It reads almost word-for-word like the response posted under many of the other negative reviews. The room hasn't been serviced a single time. The trash is overflowing. The bed has never been made. Subject: Caution: Found insects on luggage "I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip to Bakersfield. While I appreciated the location, I wanted to share an experience for the benefit of other travelers. Shortly after leaving the hotel and arriving in Los Angeles, we discovered two live bed bugs crawling on our luggage that had been in our room. Quiet, immaculate room and kitchenette although the stove stop had been turned off. This Extended Stay is in a poor area but close to restaurants, gas stations and the highway. Staff are friendly and helpful.
