The hotel is very clean.I was very satisfied but most of all at the front desk I was treated like I was at home by charmaine.
Thank you for Pam for helping me extend my stay. I was a little confused as to how to do that and maintain my discount. Pam was very helpful and helped me every step of the way! Very friendly
Service is almost nonexistent whether trying to get a hold of by phone, web, or chat. Longer stays are supposed tk include wifi, but they charged anyway by the hour. and even the "premium" speed was too slow for effective use. On top pf that they hit me with 50$ for resort and rental fees(unadvertised) after the stay despite a prepaid stay through their own website.
We booked two nights here for a show and the location is great, loads of things to do around here. However, checking in, the front desk agent wasn't very welcoming, but also wasn't rude, just seemed like he didn't care to be there. The room smelled like stale cigarettes, carpets full of stains, bathroom and kitchen area looked old and worn, and shower had lukewarm water, but we didn't care because the price was low.
