I stayed there after a very long exhausting day of work too tired to drive all the way back to S. A . The room is very comfortable and a good size, clean and well kept. It's an older built hotel that needs some touching up to the bathroom shower walls. The front desk agent (I ckdin around 9pm) was very nice greeting me with a smile, when I asked for another room on a higher floor instead of the 2nd he had no problem doing so. SO TELL HIM THANK YOU FOR ME PLEASE.
This place was very good. The room was comfortable (with dirty floors, as is usual with ESA rooms in general) and quite clean. Everything worked well. The only complaint we had was with the Wi-Fi, which was slow. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved this place.
My stay here was awesome!!! Mrs. Adlene the general manager was a great help to me and my family. She was professional, welcoming, caring and compassionate. Mrs. Adlene went over and beyond to ensure I had a great experience during my stay. We need more loving people in the world like her. She was and is a blessing to me!!! Her smile and energy is like no other. Please keep up the great work Mrs. Adlene and God bless you!!!
I visit here regularly and it is always a treat. It is always clean and friendly for me. The showers stay hot and the A/C units blow clean.
