Terrific management and staff were excellent 💯
Victoria - Front Desk person.. she was awesome. Very kind, helpful. My first room was not done yet, accident it happens. Even though I was going to be put in a different room, I have to comment about what I seen in that room. It was literally destroyed. Towels laying all over the place, it looked like some woman was on her period and wiped blood all over the towels.. I had to leave in a hurry, because I got a call, and forgot 4 pieces of clothes in the closet, no one at the hotel is able to give an account for them.
I had to leave unexpectedly, and forgot 4 pieces of clothing in the closet, I called and was told that the clothing were not found, I was told the room was rented, now explain to me who has the keys to my room before it was rented? and is it possible that the room was not cleaned before it was rented? ... you have been warned .
