This hotel is overrun by bugs. There are cockroaches crawling everywhere. I got a letter under my door last Sunday that they were going to treat my room for bugs. I thought thank God! The guy came on Monday and pretended to look for bugs as always and did nothing. I happened to have top of the line bug killer to put out so I did. Now I got another note under the door just now that I violated hotel policy by not letting the bug guy in. I certainly did let him in. It says another violation and I will be asked to leave. The location is honestly the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. When we pulled up, we saw cats in two different windows, which was weird. I mentioned it at check-in and the person just shrugged it off, saying they clean all the rooms and most people bring dogs. Not exactly reassuring. We had booked a queen bed but got a room with two fulls — and a huge wet stain right in front of the door, plus cleaning supplies left out like the room wasn’t finished. I've stayed here multiple times the staff is always friendly to both me and my dog. The only reason I avoid staying sometimes is bc some of the rooms aren't so clean and new looking, they don't come around and ask if you need to swap out any towels, and one of the people who live there always follows me around if I go outside alone. But friendly staff normal extended stay kinda hotel I guess? Thank you staff I really do think you're awesome
