The first room they gave us was absolutely infested with cockroaches. The drawers were scattered all over the floor. And the beds were completely side ways and out from the wall. I’ve never seen something so disgusting in my life.
This is the worst room hotel I have ever stayed in. Management is awful. The rooms are dirty stink and out dated. I never write reviews but this place is the worst. It took 4 trips to the front desk to get a remote due to the assistant manager at 11 pm couldn’t remember to get it. The room has no plates glasses silverware etc I had to go back and ask for it 3 times over an hour and 1/2 wait for kitchen utensils. Old food left in the refrigerator. The staff is great, service is excellent. Tai has made my experience here very enjoyable, she has went above and beyond to make sure my stay here is as comfortable as possible.
I really enjoyed my stay there. Rooms were very clean. Staff was super accommodating, I got extra linen and towels with no hassle even though it was a weird time I asked for them. Location was convenient for the time I was traveling as well. On my way back from the round trip I’m taking, I plan on returning back.
Overall cheap place to stay. Location is awsome. Matinance guy is the best . Roachs, worst continental breakfast in the area.
