RecommendedI’ve had a not-so-great opinion of IMC for years. Unorganized, ridiculous wait time, rude employees. They’ve obviously made some big changes. I had to two of my boys to the ER this week, every person we crossed was kind, thorough, and compassionate for my boys. We didn’t wait long, each person made sure to understand my concerns, and also made sure I understood what was going on. They took me out of my room and put me in another room that was hot and the tv was messed up the next time I get ill I’ll go to where I normally go to Lafayette general

this place is so slow and don't care about there people they just put u in a room and leave u there and don't check on u ......
NEEDS BETTER COMMUNICATION AMONG DOCTORS, CLEANLINESS IMPROVEMENT, UPDATE PHYSICAL APPEARANCE/ENVIRONMENT. GET OUT THE 80s AND GET WITH 2020 TECHNOLOGY TREATMENT PLAN AND OVER-ALL MANAGEMENT.
