Just had blood work done requested by my dermatologist. Quick in and out and painless. Very friendly. Thank you

My sister came in on a night that was horrible for the staff as well as a family that lost a loved on. They were all so kind and very attentive as they were busy dealing with the stress that comes from a job like what they had that night! But they were so attentive and kept asking if we needed anything or what ever they can do to make it easier for us. I want y’all to make sure you tell the ER staff they are amazing!!! And thank you for caring!!! We came in on 9/14/19 that night!

The doctors and nurses were very respectful and showing they care but it was the customer service from the front desk that made a 5 star go to a 3. It’s not what is said when they are speaking to someone, it’s what is said after they believe no one is listening. The pure rudeness. Calling an elderly women a liar and laughing at patients. I understand that everyday isn’t gonna be the best nor will every patient that walks through these doors be the nicest but it is their job to smile and do their job. The staff was so rude and we will never go back there!
Every nurse & employee were so kind to me. Love my surgeon Dr. Jason Morvant! He saved my life & really hate to see him leave New Iberia. He is really one of a kind! Best of luck to him & his family! Hopefully I get referred to another Dr. That's close to his personality & makes me feel so comfortable!
HORRRIBLE. My son is 2 with a head injury and we waiting from 8:40 to 12 without even being seen... HORRIBLE!! Go to women’s and children’s!!!
