I'm still waiting... When I booked an appointment even though I had a Groupon I still had to give my CC info in case I canceled less than 24hrs in advance. What ended up happening is the therapist canceled less than 24hrs in advance and I had already taken off of work. No compensation was offered even though she canceled less than 24hrs in advance.
