After driving an hour and a half to get my hair done, they cancelled my appointment and said there was nothing they could do. I called 45 minutes prior to my appointment warning them I would be running late and they said that would be fine. I emailed tony, the owner about my terrible experience and his response was there is nothing we can do and I'd like to stop all Communication from you. Unbelievable right?
