This company are scammers. Me and my family applied for an apt at 1155 E.35th my husband like the apt so we filled out an application. So the next day I see that the deposit was taken out of my account so we think we are approved. We contacted the real-estate agent and she told us we did not get the apartment and that the company was going to refund my money immediately.
