Recently rented a property in ******** and dealt with one of their brokers, *************************, who was awful to work with. A prototypical fast-talking, snake oil salesman. The moment I signed the lease, he wouldn't take calls for simple questions and texts went unanswered. Had a condescending, rude and unprofessional attitude in the texts he did deign to answer. I would advise not doing business with this company if this guy is an example of how they treat clients. If I could give zero stars I would.

Hello, I was supposed to rent a room around the beginning of May and had set security deposit. When I was unable to find a guarantor for the apartment, the agent, *****, had never messaged me again. I had never been given my refund back no matter how much I contact the company. I am currently a homeless 19 year old and relatively had no help from the company. I feel as though this is company is a scam, and they only comply with customers other than ones of my race

I was looking for a two-bedroom apartment near Prospect Park and found a listing I liked. Husniya K*********** was the quickest and the most efficient realtor I contacted. She met with me the same day I inquired about the apartment, which she gave me all the necessary information about and forward me a video. I loved the place and sent in my paperwork that same night, I received a reply from Ms. K*********** and the landlord early the very next day!
