I was referred to Verna by a friend who always has the nicest things to say about her and her hair always looks so good. So I decided to book an appointment and the only day I could go in was Sunday. Verna doesn’t work on Sundays but she came in to accommodate my schedule. My hair was very damaged, so she spent 30 minutes talking to me and making sure I was understanding before she got started. One of the best hair experiences I’ve ever had! The owner was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She made me feel very relaxed during my hair appointment. I came in for a chemical hair relaxer July last year and the results were amazing! It lasted me until around November, I plan to come back to see her this year.
