Professional sales person I purchased my Rav4 one years ago. I had great purchasing experience with ET, expecially, the car sales person Steven Zhu. He helped me a lot on my purchasing and also after purchasing service. He is a nice person because when I had any questions about my car he could alway help me. I would recommend him to my friends and family members.
Wonderful sales men That was a wonderful purchasing experience with Steven at ET. He was so friendly and treated me well. I also got the good deal which compared to other car dealership. He was a great people to deal with.
Highly recommend I had a great experience. I worked with Joey in the internet department. I don't know his last name is Toyota or something but he knew everything about every car and rattled out information like he was saying the pledge of allegiance or something. I virtually did everything online/phone and just came in to drive away in my new car. Easy, fun and a beautiful facility with helpful professional sales staff.
Excellent transition experience Zong Zhu is a very excellent sales person I've ever met. He did a great job. Without his helped, I couldn't get the car which I want to purchase at the reasonable price.
VP of Sales Dan get a grip....Expressway Toyota in Dorchester, is the best place to have your car serviced. From the moment I walked in the door, the entire experience was excellent. The knowledgeable service advisor answered all my questions and concerns. The entire facility is state of the art and a pleasure to be in while you're car is being serviced.
Horrible people and an absolute rip-off Absolutely horrible. They charged over $500 in labor to replace front and back brake pads for a Toyota Camry. I waited almost FIVE hours. Inhumane people. I will NEVER go back there again.
Great buying experience This purchase was made via eBay, and was the first time I had bought such an expensive item there. I frankly made a few mistakes, including the wrong car when committing to buy, but Bill Benjamin was very understanding and helpful. Expressway Toyota ??Expressway Toyota dealership has a state-of-the-art service center and well-trained staff who is as reliable as the product it sells. The steering wheel of my 2005 Corolla needed repair. The service team immediately jumped onto the problem and was quick in correcting it. Expressway Toyota is in my book at the top of the list for all my automotive needs.?
Inferior Auto Repair Service We went to Expressway to fix an evaporation leak problem in our 2003 Toyota Corolla THREE times in 10 days, but they failed the fix the problem for us. We were charged for over $500 for parts and labor and ended up with the exact same problem in our car. The manager refused to give us a refund. Inferior repair service in Expressway Toyota, save your time and money, please go somewhere else!
