I have a 2019 four door Toyota Tundra. The truck was still under 3 year ****** mile warranty on the date of service on December 31, 2021.My passenger side door next to the driver could not open from inside. I discovered the door issue on December 8, 2021.I waited until December 31,2021 to have the door repaired. Horrible, horrible dealer loyalty and service to customers. They allowed a deal to fall through for $168 even though I bought several cars from them. Managers do not return calls. One manager named ***** claimed that I was "mean" to him previously but when I asked him how was I mean, he couldn't answer. This dealer do not give a **** about your loyalty to them, they will s**** you every chance they get. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer! I emailed back and forth with Kat confirming the exact price of the Toyota Tacoma truck I was looking for, Kat confirmed IN WRITING all of the fees associated with the purchase. "We only have one charge of the doc fee of $495. The government charges the sales tax of ****% and plates/reg-$135. We take care of the inspection sticker." I brought a 2018 Highlander the sales person assured me that the scratches on the car would be taken care of and they weren't. The car did not come with and extra key and floor mats which he also stated they would. I went back less than 24 hours later because when I picked up the car it was at night and it was pouring rain therefore I could not look at the quality of the car. The behavior I have experienced from Expressway ******* has been careless, unprofessional and ABSOLUTELY discriminatory based on my location and not being able to be there physically. My husband and I bought a 2012 ****** ***** from this dealership several years ago. We paid extra for a service package which included free basic maintenance (routine tune up, oil change etc.) Apparently, every time you bring your car in for maintenance, the service employee is supposed to look up your info or ask you if you paid for the service package. I went online to fill out an finance application with the above Company on 9/10/16. I received an email and also several calls saying I was approve. Not an pre-approval but actually approve. When I called they asked when I can come in so I went in the next day. I met with one of their sales rep. he showed me an car and ask me to transfer my info to an paper application. I love my new Truck BEST DEALER IN NEW ENGLAND! I shopped 3 different dealerships for my new Truck. I talked with Joey A from the internet department. I was originally looking for a 4.0L Tundra and Joey suggested a Certified Pre-owned Tacoma! I love it! I got the TRD edition
