Our car wash is touchless - there are no brushes or rags, and is done with water pressure, as you can clearly see when you're here. Horrible experience at Expressway 55 car wash today and yesterday. I brought my week old car to the car wash yesterday. I got the bronze wash as I just needed the dirt cleaned off from the recent snow. When I got home I noticed that the windows inside were still dirty. You could tell they took a rag and wiped them but they missed large areas. The exterior was also done very poorly. Bought the gold wash, noticed my dash was still dusty along with my mirror being dirty. Also noticed the top of the windows still had marks on them. Car mats were half cleaned. I wondered why they were done so fast.
Their service sucks.. Mother Fuckaz left my windows dirty and ashes in my ashtray.. Halfway vacuumed the car just bad business
Horrible service/ customer service. Left giant scratches on my brand new (detailed) car & when i called i was told many people have the ‘same story’ and don’t realize it’s from the snow. Many having the same story = 1 common problem. This place!
