Yesterday I needed to get a haircut and came into Expressions Salon & Spa. Upon entering I was greeted with blank stares. After standing for a short time I realized that the waiting area was off to the left and took a seat. I waited patiently for 45 minutes and was never greeted, asked if I wanted something to drink, etc. One stylist even made it a point to help another stylist do a color instead of helping me.
