I called and left a message on Monday to schedule an appointment (still waiting for a call back!). Then later on that week I went into the salon and waited for a short time during my lunch hour for someone to speak with me so I could schedule an appointment (everyone seemed too busy to even address me!). Obviously they must be able to afford to turn customers away, because of their lack of responsiveness to someone who has reached out multiple times just to schedule an appointment.
