Good showroom and service. No complaints
One star only because the showroom is beautiful. Have been a handful of times from the soft opening to today. Their employees have no excuse to NOT know the names of their products or how to FIND the names of their products. The QR codes don’t work. Completely ridiculous. The guy today told me the wrong names of 3 different sinks! I looked them up in the store with him and showed him the pictures and specs which didn’t match while he kept on telling me that’s the correct name of it. Our homebuilder used Expressions Home Gallery, and the stove that was delivered and installed was dented. We noted this in our final walk-through on 12/9/2022. The builder contacted Expressions Home Gallery, who contacted us on 1/18/2023. The last actual contact I had with them on 2/1/2023 they stated Whirlpool would replace our stove, and they would call me back within a couple days to confirm if it would be replaced from their stock or if Whirlpool would send a new one directly. Expressions Home Gallery made it happen to receive and install a new washer/dryer for my home. I had challenging specifications and limitations due to space and size. It would not have happened without John Barajas at the helm and his "village" of support from the company. To be real, most installations come with challenges and it matters how those challenges are dealt with that counts the most. - The employees were incredibly nice and generous with their time. They didn’t hesitate to welcome us and offer snack/beverages as well as offering assistance/information with our purchases. The associate who took care of us was named Sara! She was extremely professional and helped us with all of our questions and inquiries. Highly recommended this establishment.
