The Doctors at Expression Chiropractic are exceptional.They have helped me through some difficult health concerns with compassion and kindness. Not only have they helped me regain my mobility after MD's found tumors pressing on spinal nerves which was making walking painful, they helped me connect my own healing capacity. Their adjustments are subtle and painless. Frequently I experienced less stress and more energy for days after a treatment. Thank you, Dr. Kate and Dr. James!

Had an Awesome experience! Dr. Duga and Dr. Kate were very welcoming and explained the whole process thoroughly. Each adjustment feels like it is tailored to my body and what it is going through at the time. Once Adjusted, I feel my more completely like I am whole again. The atmosphere of the office is serene and has a positive flow. One that makes you feel relaxed and ready for healing. Two thumbs up!!
I think during my visit today with Dr. James, I actually said "oh I love you". This office is amazing and their care is even better for both my son and I. Their approach is gentle but effective! Feeling so much better.
