twice I've been there. they are blase. The chattering at the front desk goes on with the girl from back and after they are done, she called your name! I had an eye injury, I was waiting a long time so I asked for ice. They gave me a bag to shake that never went cold. as I was leaving to go to an Urgent Care the reception told me I'd still be billed for an office visit. yes.
Been here several time they’re always courteous and helped, been using them since I been in this area!!
