Receptionist/nurse at the desk was very helpful, very kind, and very cute, with beautiful blue eyes. Who knows, if she's single, maybe she'll text me..... One can only hope. That aside, thank you to the Dr. And nurse in the back who saw me. I really liked how you actually listened to everything that I said. I felt like a patient, not a number. I've been to a few urgent care facilities in my day. And, that trait alone makes a facility worth going to.
We always receive wonderful service! From the front desk, MA and the provider! Love that we can schedule an appt! Very little wait time and efficient one in a room as well! We always go here for urgent care visits!
I was surprised to see my credit card charged without receiving any prior invoice or notice, especially since I was told I would be informed in advance. I waited about 30 minutes due to a computer problem and then for the doctor, but the actual appointment lasted only about 5 minutes. If I was charged $190 for this visit, I wonder how much was billed to my insurance company. I would really appreciate more transparency and better communication regarding charges.
I made a 10:00 appointment got to the location 9:20 a.m. now its 11:20 and I'm finally being seen x-ray for my left foot and the technician is not too friendly I will not come back here again
