I have been to this urgent care twice. I have never had a long wait. I have seen the same doctor twice and both times she was very thorough and attentive. I would not hesitate in going back.
Scheduled my appointment was seen within 10 minutes of the scheduled time and I was out the door within 25 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional.
The medical assistant staff could use a touch of smile, compassion and friendliness. Patients who seek urgent care are anxious about their condition and I was greeted with no introduction by the staff who took my vitals and didn't even mention nor explain what she was about to do before doing it. The older front desk was very nice and greeted me promptly. The PA was also nice and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed and she took her time to make sure I'm better before discharging me.
