Absolutely love this place! Everytime I've gone it was a positive out of a negative situation! Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to help!
The practitioners and techs are wonderful. The rest of the staff is awful. I was told not to worry about a referral (even after huge issues with a previous one) because it was in house. So imagine my surprise when I got a bill in the mail. Then when I called to inquire, I was told a referral was needed and now I had to pay for it because it was my responsibility to know when a referral was required. So why didn't the first person I asked day that instead of telling me not to worry about it? So I guess now I'm paying the bill... read more
Other than always running behind, it's a terrific place. I love Dr. Fraley. Been going to Express Care Plus since 1998.
I love this place, kind people, normally quick service.
Love Dr. Tarshis and all the staff at Express Care Plus. They care about patients!! No long waits with an appointment. Dr Tarshis knows his stuff!! He helped me with so many issues. I miss him after moving to AZ.
