RecommendedWas able to be seen within an hour and the lady told me to call before so I can make sure they didn’t stop walk ins so I didn’t waste the drive which I appreciated. They handled things very well with covid protocols and the receptionist were so friendly which is typically not the case in er type places sadly. The doctor was extremely nice and understanding. extremely long wait 2+ hours!!!!I seriously feel this place needs to be investigated for defrauding insurance companies!!!
I signed in online at 7 am for 2:15. I showed up 15 minutes early. I was in the lobby for almost 2 hours, they took everyone before me. People who were walk ins were seen before me. I’ve never seen anything so unprofessional.
The ladies were really nice and my visit was quick! Thank you!
Always a good experience at express care
Waiting in line just so the physician can tell me he don’t know what to tell me
I had an appointment at 11:14. I arrived early. The place is empty. It’s noon and I still haven’t been called.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Staff was very concerned about my condition but also surprised that I was as well as I was considering my diagnosis. Thanks to Chelsea for her quick diagnosis and great service.
