Dr. Tambi was amazing he listened, he explained things clearly and took the time to make my sister feel heard. Truly a blessing, thank you Dr Tambi. Also the ladies at the front desk were so kind and considerate.
Drove 45 min to be seen, was told that they dont take walk ins after 8:45. It wasn't after 8:45 , it was exactly 8:45. This place is a joke and I hope it gets shut down. What kind of place turns away someone in need of help! Do not go to this place for anything!
Called to see if they treated for eye care, lady told me yes, I said okay we'll be there in 45 mins (live in pa and the only one open) she said we stop taking walk ins at 845. Okay no problem, we get there its 845 on the dot and the lady behind the desk was RUDE, She kept saying we stopped taking walk ins at 845, I said yes we'll it is exactly 845, she said in a snarky sarcastic voice, we stop taking at 845. I visited ExpressCare due to illness, as I couldn't schedule a doctor's appointment until after Christmas. The treatment provided, including a throat rinse, cough medicine, and ibuprofen, was ineffective. Over two weeks later, I continue to experience symptoms, including spitting up green phlegm. I'm disappointed with the care receive. This is the second time I've been misdiagnosed at ExpressCare.
