The MA who brought me back was friendly and listened to my concerns. The provider, who I didn’t even know the name of because she didn’t even introduce herself, was extremely unprofessional. I presented with ulcerations in my throat and complained of swollen glands. She walked in the door and stated, “What’s going on with you?”, then proceeded to give me the most subpar exam I’ve ever experienced. "While the care from the doctors and nurses is top-tier, the facility is often staffed by only one physician. As a result, wait times can stretch to 2-3 hours. I highly recommend preparing for a longer wait, though the staff works hard to provide great service."
Love coming here when I need to. Also learned they have xray equipment but the tech is not always there so call to see if they are there so you dont have to wait at patient first for 800 years. Lol
