sat for 45 mins past my appointment time that i made online hours in advance. i get medical facilities are backed up but there was absolutely no one in the waiting room besides one lady. when i was finally brought back the assistant who took my vitals was extremely rude and just had an oddly annoyed vibe. had to do what i had to do this time but i will definitely never come back here. could at least be kinder for making people wait way longer than expected.
The team tonight was so great. Everyone was friendly and had us in and out with an x ray and medicine in less than an hour. Thanks!
I have seen Dr Ally (spelling my be incorrect ) twice and she is such a caring, informative passionate Dr. I woukd recommend her to anyone . Ty Dr Ally
I usually get great service here. But this last visit left me very disappointed. Went Friday July 18 for sinus infection. I get them quite a lot so I know how I am feeling. They checked me for flu and Covid before I even saw the doctor because the nurse said she would not see anyone unless these tests were done first. My most recent visit here was abysmal, when I walked in after scheduling an appointment online the waiting room was empty aside from one other patient waiting to be seen. When I was finally called back 15 minutes after the time of my appointment I was stuck waiting in the back for over an hour. I was then greeted by probably the worst doctor I have ever met in my entire life.
