My experience today was awful the help at the front desk was the rudest I have ever encountered so unprofessional nothing that they said to me was courteous. If you choose to be in the healthcare field you need to be courteous to the patients. They both made me feel like I was bothering them because I came there and the waiting room was empty and I was told that they were booked no appointments till 4:00 I will report this to higher up management.
