long wait time in lobby and in the exam room . never got to see the doctor
Recommendedvery slow. was there for over an hour with 1 person being seen when I got there and 1 person in front of me
I called today to bring a friend in who does not speak English and I was refused service. The women refused service and could not offer any suggestions for him. he has asthma and needs an inhaler. absolutely awful and illegal. Thankfully Patient First offered to see him right away.
Front desk service, attitude of receptionists and nurses, lack of concern for patients well being. Do not recommend this location. Other walk-in clinics in Dover are MUCH better.

RecommendedI have been to your center 3 times in the last 5 days (for myself and with 2 family members) and we have had excellent care. In our current scary health crisis, your staff was professional and we felt safe and cared for the entire time. Thanks for all you do.
