After waiting 6 1/2 hours for an COVID19 test my name was called. I gave the receptionist my ID and health insurance card. THEN I was told I had to leave my CC on file for incidentals. What is that? I refused to give them my CC and I left without being tested. I would NEVER go back to LBH urgent Care again!!

This urgent care will deny patient's the right to be seen if you present saying that you were in a car accident and do not have PIP coverage or do not have the PIP information despite the fact that you have health insurance. This has to be unlawful! How is this patient care? We talk about flooding our ER's with non-emergency situations but when patient's are denied care strictly for an organization's greed is horrible.
