I loved. The check-in process is a little slow. But the care is efficient and great! They even have x-ray and medical supplies (we required a pediatric boot) onsite. Patient 1st and that awful medstar center on york rd will no longer get my business.
The place was clean, staff was courteous and efficient and the wait wasn't long at all .. I would definitely go back there if I need medical care again.
We were in and out, everyone was very nice and seemed to really care. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you all for the great experience!
Yesterday, I experienced my very first visit at an urgent care office. This office was friendly, quick and very clean. The nurses were all very nice and helpful.I generally don't go to urgent care. I would rather go to my own doctor's office. It is good to have Express Care in the community and that I have an alternative on an emergency basis only. Great job to you all!

Took my son here wrong insurance information put in there system so I recieved a bill called to give correct insurance info and was told that my son needed to call because he was 18 but they sent a bill in my name called first time young lady stated she could not take info called made 2nd time got the most rude person her name is Isaiah who would not give me the billing supervisor name and hung up on me this place has the most unprofessional billing staff that I have ever came across and the supervisor LaTonya was no better ... read more
