Over 6 hours of waiting time for a test. Very unorganized, and very unprofessional

Was told Monday to come back Thursday for rapid testing and if I made an appointment I am basically holding a spot in line...so I made an appointment for 10:26am...that however was not the case. I waited in a line the wrapped along the building for 2 hours just to check in, and still currently waiting to be called back in to see a doctor/get a test done. 😡 not organized at all. What is the point of making an appointment if I have to sit an wait 5 hours to be seen? Not to mention I am now late to work, that’s why I scheduled... read more
Staff were wonderful and no long waiting to be seen!!
