Bar none! This is the best moving company that I have ever used. They packed up my belongings in about 4 hours, and had my thing in Cookeville, Tn. 8 days later. They told me to be prepared for 7 to 10 day delivery. It came in 8. I can't complain about that. The crew that packed us up were all professional, and clean. We tipped each one of the 4 guys with gift cards to Outback steakhouse. I absolutely, would use them again! Stress Free Move. I used Express Van Line last month to relocate from Vegas to Tacoma WA. John was my sales rep. He was very helpful in the whole process. I picked the full pack service, and I am so glad i did. The movers showed up on the date i picked. They came in and did everything for me. They supplied all the material and made sure everything was properly packed. I literally didn't have to do a thing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can't stress enough how bad this company is. They gave me a contract that clearly states, "BINDING QUOTE, PRICE NOT TO EXCEED" the amount of the quote. I also have numerous emails between me and the woman, Paris in the office that assures me the price would not be increased and the quote was binding. EXPRESS VAN LINES IS A SCAM. These guys are fkn criminals and I'm pretty sure the rest of these reviews are all fake. How convenient that all of the reviews appear almost exactly 1 month apart and right when the reviewers' accounts were created. DO NOT HIRE THESE CRIMINALS. THE WORST MISTAKE MY WIFE AND I EVER MADE WAS BOOKING THESE CROOKS. Good Company – When a company quotes a flat rate over the phone that is a lot less than the competition, my first instinct is to wonder what kind of scam that company is trying to pull. I am SO glad I got past my initial cynical reaction because this company can't be beat. The movers were on time, wrapped everything in plastic to protect it on the drive to my new place, unpacked quickly, and even managed to fit one piece of furniture through a door that was smaller than the furniture. Rocking Movers – Simply put: these guys ROCK! Pointed here and there with a bit of direction and they were on it in no time. Who wants to pack and wrap then do heavy lifting? Perhaps if you're getting paid, but why not stimulate the economy and let Express Vanline do it?! They do it all. I was a bit ravenous at the time so they said, "Sure, absolutely go grab a bite. We'll call you 5 min before we're done." Beautiful! Will use again...again...and again!

Comforting Movers – We had lived in the same apartment for over 10 years, and was very nervous about moving. Hiring Express Vanline was the BEST thing I did. Other moving companies will give you a quote, then spring all kinds of surprises on you ("I didn't know you had stairs" or "I didn't know you had furniture.") Excellent Moving Experience – I had a tricky move from a large flat into a small apartment with a tiny elevator. I had tons of heavy boxes and a few pieces of heavy, delicate furniture. Express Vanline were very prompt, very attentive, very careful, VERY efficient, and the two movers that served me were VERY easy on the eyes! The stress level of moving went WAY down once they got to work. Almost makes me want to move again...well not really, but you get the idea.
