Im glad that I found such a dependable and effective moving company. The customer service makes you feel like the most important client and response times were immediate.
When they picked up my stuff it turned out that volume was 100 cubic feet less than previously estimated. My sales representative was so professional and honest that he recalculated the price based on the actual volume. I appreciate their honesty and transparency.
My new neighbor hired them July 17, 2015...almost a month later and still no items, but they did say her stuff might be here by August 30th...even though they have another 30 days after that. 7000 dollars was the estimate. Seriously??? Talked with a truck driver friend of mine who said that it should NEVER take that long or cost that much...and suggests that she sue the owners, not just the company, since they change company names often. Never hire them...good luck if you do.
Heed the warnings! This is the WORST moving company I have ever dealt with! I contracted with USA Moving Group, who set me up for a Sat. or Sun. pick up. The driver called the wrong end of the delivery contact on Wednesday, and did not call me when my friend on the other end told him to contact me - I had to call him. He said he was coming the next day (Thursday!). I told him no, we were to be picked up on Sat. He said, "I will be in Mexico on Saturday. I am 150 miles away. I am coming tomorrow." Excellent movers. I searched everywhere and got bombared with calls. Express stood out because they never bad mouthed any mover. The quoted me one price and guaranteed it. The sales consultant was extremely helpful, knowledgable and polite. I enjoyed working with him. The move went great, I paid less than what I was quoted because I sold some stuff. Service was impeccable, clean crew and very efficient. I would defenitely recommend this company to anyone moving state to state...
RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS FAST AS YOU CAN. RUUUUNNNNN!!! As with many on this company, they tried to extort me for over $4000 dollars extra. Charges for boxes you didn't need, charges for every item, they half packed boxes stating the items HAD TO BE PACKED, when I was told they didn't need to be packed when given the quote. Absolute extortionists! DO NOT USE this company! I'm sure they will change their names soon, as this appears to be how they continue doing business. Beware! They are liars and once you are in the heat of your move they will find multiple ways to extort more money and do this under duress, as they have you basically have you hostage on moving day. I WOULD LIKE EVERYONE TO KNOW... This has to be one of the best moving companies in business! My wife, and I had no worries with their services. Great, great company. (Lee, if you are ever in Scottsdale, we should do some fishing!
