Great service, very acceptable wait time considering I walked in just before closing. Check-in was fast, was in the room 5 minutes after. Everyone was great! Exceeded expectations as I rarely visit emergency establishments. They actually treated me on the spot, not just the traditional "do this and that" and follow up with your primary doctor! Kudos to all staff 4/9 pm shift!! Thank you!!!
This urgent care has by far the best staff I've seen in a while. The front MA was super sweet and helped us get our son seen very quickly. The PA was just amazing !! She took her time and asked all the questions other doctors didn't even bother asking. She made my husband and myself feel like she really cared about our son and made sure that by the end if our visit we had no questions and understood the treatment she had chosen for our baby.
