I saw two physicians here and they were both very nice and professional along with all of the staff. They were very fast and efficient. I recommend this urgent care to everyone in the valley or surprise. It is the quickest service I’ve received at an urgent care!
Terrible service. Very rude staff, waited 2 hours with only 3 people ahead of me, bad experience. I’ve grown up in surprise and been to almost every urgent care around, this is by far the worst. Bringing your sick loved ones here would be a dissservice to them.
This is our urgent care/doctor of choice while we are in Arizona. They are an efficient and caring facility, I would highly recommend it to anyone. ❤️
Will not be going back. My son was very sick and they treated him for allergies. Took him to our primary the next day as he was still running a high temp he ended up having tonsillitis and a sinus infection.
Do not plan to ever go back I was misdiagnosed several times and ended up in the hospital every time for several days
Dr. John Stroh and staff are kind, considerate, prompt and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to return there or recommend to anyone. Visited on a Sunday morn. and was in and out in approximately 30 mins.
Been here several times and have always had great service provided by the male PA. Went today and the care provided was fine however prescription called into pharmacy is out of stock all over the valley. Called to have something else called in at the pharmacy and the person who answered was rude, kept putting me on hold and not really wanting to help. Then telling me to take something over the counter that you can’t take with high blood pressure! Never Again at this facility.
