When you go to Express with whatever you need the staff communicates with you so you understand what your car needs. They've even called me in the bay to show what is going on. When I have gone to other places I only get to talk to the service manager, and I never get to see the person who is actually working on my car. We have been using Express Tune-Up for about 2 years. I'm new to the area (just moved into student housing nearby) My Dad was in town & brought me to this shop saying they had a great reputation. I had my car inspected for a trip and a basic tune-up. I couldn't be more happy. When they were finished I got a small list of things I needed to start doing based on my mileage getting high and they also fixed a small coolant leak while they had it (at no charge). I'll absolutely be back and will let my friends know about them too!!
I am beyond happy with these guys, my boss brings his trucks, so I started bringing mine. At every oil change they reinspect my car for issues and let me know which ones I need to address urgently and what I can wait for. I'm very pleased with the service, they explain the things I don't understand and don't make me feel like a giant dummy. I just wish they were open weekends. Other than that 100% happy with them.
Shawn and the rest of the crew were incredibly friendly. I was stopping through on a road trip from TX to California and they were able to work with my schedule in order to get me fixed up and ready to hit the road again much quicker than I expected. Quality work these guys do with excellent customer service. Highly recommend taking your vehicle there for any repairs or services! They even have little activities to keep the kids busy while you wait. Nice touch!
Their service was great and they show a genuine interest in providing quality repairs to their customers. I had a great experience here, especially when I thought I needed new brakes and or tires, my truck was squeaking badly and pulling. Turns out I didn't need either and could have been ripped off, but wasn't. Shawn & his staff have integrity, which is something hard to find on the automotive industry. All I can say is WOW! I absolutely love this place. I read prior reviews on city search about Express Tune-Up and by nature chose them based on what was said about them. The people here are "down to earth" and like a family, while I was waiting for my car to have the tires rotated and my oil changed I got to talk to a couple of customers who also were waiting.
