This company was written as a source from Progressive insurance for our body shop. Upon calling we were told because we didn't have an account they couldn't sell to us. When my person asked to get an account set up he was hung up on. He called back several times and was hung up each time. I called was on hold for 5 minutes the line was picked up 3 times and back on hold after the 4th time being picked up the phone was hung up again. Today l called to buy parts the server was very rude. She kept cutting me off when l am trying to order. Then because l pointed out the obvious she caught an attitude. Then quote me a ridiculous price and when l dispute it she laughed in my ear. Called the dealer and it was half the price she quote me.
