I was on vacation and staying in Wears Valley and as I was preparing to leave my low oil message came on.According to my last oil change it was not time to change it again.I stopped at the Express oil change in Sevierville and explained my situation to Gabby.She thoroughly checked my vehicle and changed my oil as I requested.She was very helpful,explained everything she was doing step by step and recommended I get my oil pump checked out when I got home.She was professional and very friendly and had a smile during my entire ... read more

Ron and Gabby were very nice and helpful. Excellent service ! Only recommendation would be for the company to stock the Coolant ( Yellow) for the newer Ford vehicles .

If we could give 10 stars, we would!!!! These people are fantastic! Drew went out of his way to help us with our Jeep on July 3rd because he knew we were in town with our family for the 4th of July. He drove 3 hours to pick up a part that we needed!!! The whole team was top notch! Beaux did everything to get us on our way once he got the part and Ron and Gabby were some of the nicest people we have ever met! We live an hour away and would absolutely drive to this place to let these people work on any of our vehicles!
