Drew was excellent to work with. Im impressed to see management actually get in and assist the team. I’m very critical and difficult to please. He explained to me everything I needed to know professionally and throughly. I told him I would try to schedule my oil changes with his facility.
Do not take your car to this place to have any work done, my wife took her car in there just for a oil change and they couldn't even figure out that they was tighten the bolt instead of loosing it and all but messed my wife's oil pan up, in which when she got home I had to fix and replace the oil plug and retap the oil pan, from where they had tighten the bolt so tight it destroyed the threads on bolt and oil pan,and after they realized that they had messed up they tried to say that they didn't do it and tried to get her to ... read more
This place is off the wall! Fantastic service between my two visits, the first time I got a simple oil change for my vehicle and it was kept simple with excellent customer service and care. The second time was the other day when I had a more complex situation, I took my brothers car that was in bad shape and they warned me about the tires and what replacement options were available along with the car battery. Stopped here to have our brakes looked at while on vacation because they were making awful noise. Thinking it would cost a fortune, GM at location was super nice and helpful. Took the time to find the problem, no brakes needed. Did not charge for his time. Would definitely recommend!!!!
