Went in today for an oil change and was told I didn’t quite need one yet! How about that for honesty! Dakota topped my oil and coolant off (free of charge) and let me get on with my day. Even with all the oil change options around, this Express Oil Change location is my go to.
Great customer service. Connie was extremely polite and professional. Was able to answer any question I had about the vehicle and the services that I was trying to get. Great conversations and cannot express the amazing customer service. 10 out of 10.
