The only thing that’s “10 minutes” about this place is how long it takes for someone to greet you when you pull in. Nobody moved with a purpose. I sat in my parked car for 40 minutes while the vehicle in front of of me got one of these “10 minute oil changes.” It’s just frustrating.
RecommendedAlways a pleasant experience here! I never feel like I’m being tricked into spending more money! Always come here for all of my car’s needs! Highly recommend!

RecommendedHow can I express how great this place was let me first explain what was going on. I had 3 hours before I had to be at work. I called them and asked if they’d have time to change my oil and rotate my tires. The lady on the phone said if I could get there as soon as possible that they could get me in and out before I had to be at work at by 2 pm. RecommendedVery Professional fast and friendly the asst. Manager alerted me that my drive shaft was about to fall off because of loose bolts well he tightened them up for me real quick and got me back on the road NO CHARGE for the bolts and the oil change was fair priced best service shop in the Bay Area !!!

RecommendedWhile my husband,pulling the troop trailer, and Boy Scouts and leaders we’re headed to kayak this weekend. His truck oil pressure light kept coming on. Guys tried adding more oil. That didn’t work. He drops the trailer, scouts and leaders at camp site. He drives in at 6:45am waiting for this Express location to open. Guy comes out before 7am open to ask the problem.
