RecommendedI've been going to the Foley Express oil since 2000. always had great experiences. But today.... we just got hit by a hurricane. today I had to venture out for generator gas and ice. my car died at dodge's close to Express. a kind man got me going and I went straight around the back to Express. Worst service ever from this location.I typically frequent the Trussville location but this one particular day they told me the could service my car so I took it to Pinson Al.When I returned back to the Trussville Al location for an oil change I was told that the Pinson location applied the engine cap to tight.The store manager said i had to either pay for an upgraded cap or take back to Pinson Al.If I had not had any prior knowledge about cars I would've left.Being that I did know about cars i asked know if it was leaking o... read more

My daughter got my oil changed today with you all. They recommended she have them do a brake check, so she did. They told her the front brake pads were so bad, it was not safe to let her leave. This made her very upset and worried. The mechanic told her he would not feel good about letting her leave. She told them she did not want to do the work. They became very short and rude to her. The auto repair supervisor was very rude to me. I made an appointment and when I arrived he said he didn’t know when he could fit me in -maybe next week. Well, he won’t have to worry about it. I will take all my business elsewhere from now on.
