A couple months ago i had a not so good experience here, and it was just a simple mistake. When i say they have went ABOVE AND BEYOND fixing every problem that happen. They truly appreciate customers, and making sure the customer is happy. I want to thank everybody that helped my problem get fixed. I will definitely keep my business here
I was awed by their honesty and kindness: they told me I didn't need to have my oil changed, just a little low. They offered to top it off... did that... then refused to accept any payment. I am totally going back there!

I had an unpleasant experience at Express on November 10, 2016. I called corporate and the store manager and expressed my concerns. They were very pleasant to deal with and handled the situation immediately. Thank you Chris Brannam and Express Oil Change for your exemplary customer service.
I went in for brake pads all the way around. They were done faster than I expected, and charged less than I expected. Happily the brakes now work as expected.
