they changed my oil as sson as I left my motor started knocking and the refuse to fix it. Don't use Express oil change!!

First of all, I was charged twice on my credit card for an oil change. After driving from Alabama to have it taken care of, a guy working there, opened his mouth...when he shouldn't, got "snippy" and had a bad attitude...which I abruptly told him that it had nothing to do with him. Why he even said anything was beyond me... should have kept his mouth shut. they used to be right on top of helping you as soon as you pulled up someone came right to your car and got you in and out very quickly. but today it was a different story no one came to my car I finally had to get out and go get somebody who was on their phone. and then they sat there on their phone for another 10 minutes before they started working on my car texting somebody. I asked for a STANDARD OIL CHANGE. they charged me for something I didn't ask then claimed I had never been there before yet I've been on and off in this area for 18 years they charged me 64 dollars for a NISSAN SENTRA. I might look like a young naive female to you but I've had luxury cars before and you over charged me my father is a mechanic in the army. expect a call. your safety check was incomplete up did NOT check my brake lights
