caught them not rotating my tires ,tried to charge me to replace a front wheel hub ,when it was not bad. Craig was rude and tried to make me look stupid. They never put on any report that I had a bad tire or tires but when confronted about not rotating all of them , now I have two bad tires. They will never get my business again.
May 25 Express Oil failed to add oil causing the engine to lock-up a mile down the road - mechanic says the starter burned up - we installed a new starter in April; June 6 got car back with assurance all was well, added oil and a sensor saved the engine! Less than 100 miles later on June 7, the engine blew up on I-65 during rush hour. Wrecker called for the second time. On June 15, picked the car up with a cracked windshield. RecommendedMy husband is a mechanic but also a chef so he doesn’t have the time he use to and isn’t able to change my oil so he told me to go nowhere but express. They’re always nice and quick. In and out.
They did what I wanted and did not try to sell me anything I did not need.
I was traveling alone with my two boys through Alabama on I-65 when my car began alerting me that my oil was extremely low. Not knowing much about cars, I began to panic. After pulling over at the nearest gas station I called my husband and he walked me through the process of adding oil to the engine. Just got a synthetic oil change $93.49. No window wash, no air pressure added to my tires. Am I being petty but didn’t they use to throw some WD-40 on the door lock. Very unimpressed.
I have use them for years ( I know for at least 15), well not NO more. Went for a oil change today and for some reason don't know why it took longer then ever before. The guy in the bay hollers we have a leak! A leak? My car is parked on concrete and there hasnt been no leak!! They add more oil. I asked is there a problem. He said you came in with a leak. No I didnt. People have warn me about them, but I had used them for so long. Lesson learned! I will let everyone I know about this.
I continually have good experiences at this place. I don’t know anything about cars. Several times I have gone in thinking I needed to have a more expensive repair done, and they have told me I needed a simpler (and less expensive) repair. Today they repaired something another mechanic (at another shop) had messed up. Then they didn’t even charge me.
